ELECTROPLATING ANODES: The Function of anodes in any plating solution is to provide the path for the current out of the solution and to replenish the metal ions. It is therefore absolutely that the plating anodes are of the highest purity to ensure free & uniform dissolution over a wide range of plating conditions, high conductivity and tendency to disintegrate or polarise and passivate. The different types of Electroplating anodes being manufactured and are available as per customer's requirements.

TIN-LEAD-ANTIMONY: Available in all alloys of Tin-Lead-Antimony from pure Tin to pure Lead & pure Antimony such as:

A. With 7% Antimony and 93% Lead for convential Chromic Acid plating bath.

B. With 7% Tin & 93% Lead for S.R.H.S. Chrome Salt & Bright Chrome Salt (Propriatory Salts).

C. With 10% Tin-90% Lead for use in Special Processing Solutions.

Construction of Anode with 10% Tin -90% Lead in round shape only with smooth finish - without porosity by centrifugal force system. The life of anodes will be substantially higher than containing 7% Tin- 93% Lead without damages to colling coil & processing tank.

The shape /size of Anodes as per customer's requirements. Maximum Length upto 8 feet in round and flat shape. Corrugated & Dog Bone shaped with single,
Double Copper (Electrolytic Grade) hooks.

• ZINC: Oval, Flat with or without hook from special high grade Zinc which is further processed for additional purifiction and reduction of internal porosity and oxide levels, purity above 99.99%. Sizes: Shapes as per customer's requirement.
• Tin: For Alkaline & Acid Tin plating baths : Plates from pure Tin of 99.99%.
• Brass: Uniform Copper-ZInc ratios, horogeneous mixture and consistant grain structure,. Available as per customer's requirements.
• Copper: Electrolite Copper - Phosphorized Copper for Cyanide & Acid plating baths. Sizes and shapes as per customers reqirements.
• Cadmium: Plates with 99.99% purity available.
• Other Speciality: SOLDER WIRE AND SOLDER STICK
  Tin content varies from 10% to 80% for specific / different applications. Available in 8 SWG to 24 SWG. Sticks are available in standard lengths.
• PVC COATING: We always undertake the job for PVC Coating (Heat -Acid-Alkali-Resist) on jigs-Fixtures to be used in Hard Chromium Plating Electrolytes. The round shape anodes are being used by customers processing printing cylinders. we also undertake the melting -recasting for the end pieces/scrap available with customers.
